摘要
以某发动机后取力盖板的无石棉垫片密封结构为研究对象,采用尺寸分析和有限元相结合的方法对结构底座进行面压仿真计算.基于蒙特卡洛法的VSA软件对密封结构进行装配建模,对密封尺寸进行公差仿真计算,得到基于虚拟装配的理论密封尺寸的极值,对原理论密封尺寸相关零件重构得到极小尺寸模型,同时基于Simlab 和Abaqus软件进行网格划分和后处理计算,分析相同螺栓预紧力情况下,底座理论模型和极小模型的面压差异,以此对后取力盖板结构进行优化.
Abstract
The asbestos-free gasket sealing structure of the rear load plate of an engine was studied,factional pressure simulation calculation of the structural base is performed using a combination of dimensional analysis and finite elements.The Monte Carlo-based VSA software models the assembly of the sealed structure,the sealing dimensions are evaluated for tolerance simulation calculations,gets the extreme value for theoretical sealing dimensions based on virtual assembly,the theoretical sealing dimensions are reconstructed to get a very small dimension model,meshing and post-processing cal-culations are also based on Simlab and Abaqus software,and analyzing the difference in face pressure between the theoret-ical model of the base and the small model with the same bolt preload to optimize the model.
