爪型泵是氢循环泵最常用的一种结构形式.作为氢循环的动力部件,为满足电堆对氢气纯度的要求,在对氢气进行循环回收过程中必须做到无油污染,且还要确保泵的工作效率满足使用需要.因此对于爪型泵的防油密封和泵壳与转子的间隙密封就成为了爪型泵必须解决的两个密封难点.本文对防油密封问题、泵腔的间隙密封进行分析研究并提出解决方案.
Research on Sealing Performance of Claw Type Hydrogen Circulation Pump
Claw type pump is the most commonly used structural form of hydrogen circulation pump.As a power component of the hydrogen cycle,in order to meet the hydrogen purity requirements of the fuel cell stack,it is necessary to achieve no oil pollution during the hydrogen recycling process and ensure that the pump's work-ing efficiency meets the usage needs.Therefore,the oil proof seal and the clearance seal between the pump cas-ing and rotor have become two sealing difficulties that must be solved for claw pumps.This article analyzes and studies the problem of oil proof sealing and the gap sealing of pump chambers,and proposes solutions.
