The Wind-driven System of Energy Recovery and Vehicle Brake Disc Cooling
The system designed in this paper is mainly composed of an air duct,a wind turbine and a genera-tor.The airflow entering the brake disc from the air duct drives the wind turbine to rotate,converting wind en-ergy into mechanical energy through the principles of aerodynamics,driving the generator to convert mechanical energy(generated by the rotation of blades)into electrical energy,which is stored in the battery and used for va-rious electrical equipment in the vehicle.This system mainly converts the wind energy during the operation of the vehicle through the power generation device designed near the brake disc,which is stored in electrical energy to improve the mileage of electric vehicles,and through optimizing the brake disc structure to achieve the efficient cooling of the vehicle brake disc,realizing The dual effects of braking tray power generation and cooling,thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction and improving the reliability of automobile bra-king.
