Analysis of Automatic Feeding Technology in Piston Ring Manufacturing Process
Piston ring is the key part of internal combustion engine,its processing quality has an important influence on the performance and service life of internal combustion engine,but the piston ring processing procedure is many,the process is complex,the automatic production is difficult,therefore,this paper focuses on the automatic production of pis-ton ring,through introducing some cases of advanced piston ring feeding device,it realizes the high automation of piston ring production process,the ingenious use of some mechanical and automatic devices in the processing of piston rings was introduced.Through the use of these automatic mode of production,the invention improves the production efficiency of the piston ring,ensures the product quality and reduces the production cost of the piston ring.At the same time,the fu-ture application of automation in piston ring production is also prospected.
