摘要
某型号连杆大小头重量、总重量一致性及杆身表面强化要求非常严格,而连杆外形是影响连杆重量及提升表面喷丸强化指标的主要因素,通过设计制造一种适合的夹具,定位装夹稳定、可靠,保证连杆外形加工精度及精度的一致性,同时工件装卸方便,避免定位元件的非正常磨损,为保证连杆大小头重量、总重量一致性及杆身表面喷丸强化指标奠定基础.
Abstract
The requirements for the large and small ends and total weight of a certain type of connecting rod are very ctrict,and the shape of the connecting rod is the main factor affecting the weight of the connecting rod.By desingning and manufacturing a suitable fixture,the positioning tool is stable and reliable,ensuring the consis-tency of the machining accuracy and accuracy of the connecting rod shape.At the same time,the workpiece is easy to load and unlond,avoiding abnormal wear of the positioning components,and laying the foundation forensuring the size,weigt,and total weight requirements of the connecting rod.
