摘要
车辆更换双功率柴油机后,出现低功率运行正常;高功率怠速运转正常,但加大油门不受控制,5 s后出现降速停车现象.本文通过研究柴油机系统构造与工作原理,运用故障树分析方法,轻松判定故障原因为电控系统参数设置与运行状况不匹配,利用人机对话盒修正电控系统参数,故障排除.
Abstract
After replacing the double-power engine,the vehicle can work in low-power,and also work in idling of high-power,but unable to control the throttle,and after 5 seconds,the engine stalled.This artics studies the structture and princple of engine systems,and useing fault tree synthesis to easily determin that the cause of the fault is the mismatch between the parameters of electronic control system and the operating conditions.The hu-man-machine dialogue box is used to correct the parameters and troubleshooting.
