Analysis of Modular High-Frequency UPS Power Distribution Topology for Chip Factories
This article discusses the improvement of power distribution architecture for scenarios with extremely high reliability power supply requirements such as in chip factories,where configured solely with backup Diesel Generators(hereinafter referred to as DG)which driven by Reciprocating Internal Combustion(R.I.C.)engines.Optimize power supply guarantee for chip factories by combining energy storage and UPS with DG,the wiring topology of UPS used,and the further improvement of optimized topology using pre-magnetization devices.
