热塑性复合材料具有易加工成型和可回收等特性,应用前景广阔.精确的材料本构模型结合有限元分析与设计,可以缩短材料应用的研发周期、降低产品的设计成本.本文先后介绍了热压成型复合材料考虑黏性的本构模型,3 D打印复合材料考虑黏性的本构模型,编织复合材料考虑黏性的本构模型,短纤维复合材料的本构模型;并展望了纤维增强热塑性树脂基复合材料后续的研究方向.
Discussion on Constitutive Relationship of Fiber-Reinforced Thermoplastic Resin Matrix Composites
Thermoplastic composites have the characteristics of easy processing and recyclability,which leads to broad application prospects.Accurate material constitutive model combined with finite element analysis can shorten the research cycle of its applications and reduce the design cost of products.In this paper,the constitutive model of hot-pressed forming composites considering viscosity,the constitutive model of 3D printing composites considering viscosity,the constitutive model of braided composites considering viscosity,and the constitutive model of short fiber composites are introduced.The future research focus of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin matrix composites is also prospected.
