柴油发动机缸体的清洁度能力提升研究

摘要
随着国内排放法规的日趋严格,发动机制造商需要不断升级技术,以确保其产品符合环保要求.这就要求发动机零部件的制造标准也要不断提高.柴油发动机缸体润滑冷却油道的清洁度达标与否对于确保发动机的正常运转和延长发动机寿命至关重要.本文研究在制造过程中如何提高柴油发动机缸体润滑冷却油道的清洁度能力.通过分析影响清洁度的关键因素,从来料毛坯控制、清洗工艺、清洁度检测过程等逐个给出优化和整改措施,实现了清洁度能力的提升.
Abstract
With the increasingly stringent domestic emission regulations,Engine manufacturers need to constantly up-grade their technology to ensure that their products meet environmental requirements.This requires that the manufactur-ing standards of engine parts should also be continuously improved.The cleanliness of the lubricating and cooling oil pas-sage of the cylinder block of diesel engine is very important to ensure the normal operation of the engine and extend the life of the engine.This paper studies how to improve the cleanliness of lubricating and cooling oil passage of diesel engine cylinder block in manufacturing process.By analyzing the key factors affecting cleanliness,optimization and rectification measures are given one by one from the incoming blank control,cleaning process and cleanliness detection process,and the improvement of cleanliness capability is realized.
