摘要

飞机性能的每一次飞跃基本都离不开航空发动机技术的贡献,而先进材料的发展是新一代高推重比发动机的技术基础.本文总结了航空发动机先进材料的研究进展,综述了陶瓷基复合材料、碳/碳复合材料、金属间化合物、高温防护涂层材料、耐高温隐身涂层材料、先进钛合金材料和树脂基复合材料等高温、中低温材料的研究和应用现状,分析了目前存在的问题,结合目前在研航空发动机型号和未来新一代先进航空发动机对材料的需求,阐述了航空发动机先进材料的研究重点.

Abstract

Every leap in aircraft performance is largely due to the contribution of aviation engine technology,and the development of advanced materials is the technological foundation for the new generation of high thrust to weight ratio en-gines.This work summarizes the research progress of advanced materials for aircraft engines,summarizes the research and application status of high-temperature medium and low-temperature materials such as ceramic matrix composites,carbon/carbon composites,intermetallic compounds,high-temperature protective coating materials,high-temperature resistant stealth coating materials,advanced titanium alloy materials,and resin based composites,and analyzes the current prob-lems.Based on the current research on aircraft engine models,and the material requirements for future generations of ad-vanced aircraft engine,the research focus on advanced materials for aircraft engines is elaborated.
