工业机器人技术专业核心课程虚拟仿真资源开发研究

随着智能制造的快速发展,工业机器人技术成为制造业转型升级的关键技术.然而,高职院校在培养工业机器人技术专业人才时面临教学资源不足、设备昂贵等问题.针对这些问题,本文探讨了引入虚拟仿真技术的必要性,并分析了在开发过程中存在的知识连贯性不足、仿真资源不互通等挑战.通过采用虚拟仿真课程资源内容一体化设计、虚拟仿真模型统一构建的方式解决了知识连贯性不足、仿真资源不互通的问题,为工业机器人技术专业的教学和人才培养提供新的思路.
Research on Development of Virtual Simulation Resources for Core Course of Industrial Robot Technology
With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing,industrial robot technology has become a key technology for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.However,vocational colle-ges face issues such as insufficient teaching resources and expensive equipment when cultivating professionals in industrial robot technology.Addressing these issues,this article explores the necessity of introducing virtual simulation technology and analyzes challenges in the development process,including insufficient knowledge con-tinuity and the lack of interoperability among simulation resources.By adopting an integrated design of virtual simulation curriculum resources content and a unified construction of virtual simulation models,the issues of in-sufficient knowledge continuity and non-interoperable simulation resources are resolved,providing new ideas for teaching and talent cultivation in industrial robot technology.
