DOC+DPF对防爆柴油机气态污染物影响的试验研究

非道路柴油机国四排放标准 HJ1014-2020《非道路柴油移动机械污染物排放控制技术要求》要求在2022 年 12 月 1 日起非道路移动机械用柴油机必须满足国四排放要求,矿用防爆柴油机为满足国四排放要求也要做充足的前期研究。非道路柴油机多采用DOC+DPF的路线使得CO和颗粒满足国四排放要求,防爆柴油机的CO和颗粒实现国四排放要求也可以通过使用DOC+DPF达到。MT990 要求防爆柴油机的表面温度不能超过 150℃,使得DOC和DPF也需进行防爆改装后才能使用,所以增加防爆改装后的DOC+DPF对防爆柴油机的尾气排放究竟有何影响还有待实验验证。本文通过防爆柴油机台架试验研究防爆改装后的DOC+DPF对防爆柴油机排放的影响。
Experimental Study on Effect of DOC+DPF on Gaseous Pollutants in Explosion-proof Diesel Engine
HJ1014-2020"Technical Requirements for Pollutant Emission Control of Off-road Diesel Mobile Machinery",the national emission standard for off-road diesel engines,was issued and implemented on December 28th,2020.Underground explosion-proof diesel engines should also be fully prepared to meet the national emis-sion requirements.The surface temperature of explosion-proof diesel engines should not exceed 150℃,so DOC and DPF need to be equipped with water jackets or heat insulation devices before they can be used.Therefore,the impact of adding DOC+DPF on the exhaust emission of explosion-proof diesel engines remains to be verified by experiments.In this paper,the existence of aftertreatment device is verified by bench test of explosion-proof diesel engine,and the influence of DOC+DPF on the emission of explosion-proof diesel engine is studied.
