摘要
针对某高速燃气发动机运行过程中发生的质量问题,拆机检查发现其中一缸活塞出现开裂质量的问题,根据该活塞出现的质量问题,并依据质量体系相关文件要求进行归零,建立了以活塞燃烧室开裂纹失效为顶事件的故障树.对故障活塞进行解剖分析,发现活塞内冷却油道径向偏移严重,不符合图纸设计要求,并以此为分析要点,确定活塞内冷却油道径向偏移为此次故障的原因,最后采用对所有活塞采用工业 CT全部复检,并对故障和未检活塞进行更换.
Abstract
In response to the quality problem that occurred during the operation of a high-speed gas engine,during disassembly inspection,it was found that one cylinder piston had a cracking quality problem.Based on the quality problem of the piston and the requirements of relevant quality system documents,a fault tree was estab-lished with the failure of piston combustion chamber cracking as the top event.An anatomical analysis was con-ducted on the faulty piston,and it was found that the radial displacement of the cooling oil passage inside the pis-ton was severe,which did not meet the design requirements of the drawing.Based on this analysis,the radial displacement of the cooling oil passage inside the piston was determined as the cause of this fault.Finally,indus-trial CT was used to retest all pistons,and the faulty and untested pistons were replaced.
