Research on Process Capability Improvement of Engine Cylinder Head Seat Hole
Quality is the core element of the success of manufacturing enterprises,and the processing capability is the key index to measure and guarantee the quality.By continuously improving the processing capacity,enterprises can not only ensure product quality,reduce costs,improve efficiency,but also maintain advantages in the fierce market competition and a-chieve sustainable development.This paper studies the processing capability of the mounting hole depth of the cylinder head intake seat ring of diesel engine,and finds the key factors affecting the insufficient processing capability through measurement data collection,statistical analysis and capability evaluation,so as to improve the process capability.
