基于逆向工程的摩托车挡泥板的快速成型

以挡泥板为研究对象,运用逆向工程和快速成型技术,详细展示了其整个重构设计和快速成型过程.通过三维激光扫描设备进行实物数据采集,然后将点云数据导入 Geomagic wrap 软件进行处理,接着,利用 Geomagic DesignX软件进行模型重构,最终,通过 3D打印技术得到了与原件契合度较高的挡泥板样品.采用逆向工程设计的挡泥板能够显著缩短产品的设计研发周期,提高效率.本文的研究结果对其他产品的设计研发具有一定的参考价值.
Rapid Prototyping of Motorcycle Fenders Based on Reverse Engineering
In this article,the motorcycle fender is used as the research object,and the entire reconstruction design and rapid prototyping process are demonstrated in detail using reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology.The physical data is collected using a three-dimensional laser scanning device,and then the point cloud data is imported into the Geomagic wrap software for processing.Subsequently,the model reconstruction is carried out using the Geomagic DesignX software.Finally,a fender sample with a high degree of fidelity to the original is obtained through 3 D printing technology.The fender designed using reverse engineering can signifi-cantly shorten the design and development cycle of the product,improving efficiency.The research results of this article have certain reference value for the design and development of other products.
