Design of Fixture for Grinding High-precision Thin-walled Cylinder Liner Seat Ring and End Face
In response to the deformation of the thin wall cylinder sleeve clamp,which causes the size,shape,and postitional tolerance of the seat ring to exceed tolerance,a suitable desing and manufacturing method is desingned to better solve the deformation problem of the cylinder sleeve clamp while ensuring safe use and con-venient operation,ensuring the mschining accuracy and stability requirements of the high-precision thin cylinder sleeve seat ring and face of a certain model of engine.
