摘要
针对薄壁气缸套精加工座圈及端面时定位精度低、装夹变形,造成的座圈尺寸形位公差超差问题,通过设计制造一种适合的夹具,在保证使用安全、方便操作的情况下,更好地解决气缸套装夹变形问题,保证某型号发动机高精度薄壁气缸套座圈及端面的加工精度和加工稳定性要求.
Abstract
In response to the deformation of the thin wall cylinder sleeve clamp,which causes the size,shape,and postitional tolerance of the seat ring to exceed tolerance,a suitable desing and manufacturing method is desingned to better solve the deformation problem of the cylinder sleeve clamp while ensuring safe use and con-venient operation,ensuring the mschining accuracy and stability requirements of the high-precision thin cylinder sleeve seat ring and face of a certain model of engine.
