Application of Simulation on TCV Vibration Tooling Design
Vibration tooling is a necessary product for vibration test of new energy vehicle thermal management con-trol valve(TCV),its quality will affect test results directly.In the process of the vibration durability test,a new energy vehicle TCV bracket is cracked.To solve the problem,the modal analysis of the vibration tooling is carried out by finite element method.The results show that if the natural frequency of the vibration tooling is too low,the vibration energy transferred to the bracket will be too large,resulting in the cracking of the bracket.After the vibration tooling is opti-mized,there is no crack of the bracket,and the test can be passed smoothly.This provides a reference for the subsequent vibration tooling design and engineering test of new energy vehicles TCV.
