摘要
产品质量是一个企业保持市场竞争力的有力支撑点,先进的测量技术与测量手段是生产出高质量产品的前提.在线测量是保证在生产过程中产品制造质量的重要技术之一,使用快速高效高可靠性的在线测量代替传统的离线测量,降低加工设备的停机时间,提高生产效率.本文阐述了Renishaw在线测量系统在机加缸盖线上的应用,在CNC上使用Renishaw在线探测夹具位置,实现快速判断工件位置,首件检测无需停机等待,保证质量的前提下提升生产效率.
Abstract
Product quality is a strong support point for an enterprise to maintain market competitiveness,ad-vanced measurement technology and measurement means are the premise of producing high-quality products.On-line measurement is one of the important technologies to ensure the manufacturing quality of products in the pro-duction process.Using fast,efficient and reliable online measurement instead of traditional offline measurement can reduce the downtime of processing equipment and improve production efficiency.This paper describes the ap-plication of Renishaw online measuring system on the cylinder head line of the machine.By using Renishaw on-line detecting the position of the fixture on CNC,it can quickly judge the position of the workpiece,and improve the production efficiency on the premise of ensuring the quality.
