本文阐述了数字孪生技术的概念内涵,分析了航空发动机制造的特殊性,提出数字孪生技术可以有效解决当前制造过程中的技术难题,提高效率和质量.文中分析了数字孪生技术在发动机设计、试验、制造和维护环节的具体应用,并构建了完整的功能架构,包括数据采集、存储、分析、优化、控制等模块.总体而言,数字孪生技术为航空发动机的全生命周期管理提供了有力支持,是实现制造过程优化的重要途径.
Abstract
This article elaborates on the concept and connotation of digital twin technology,analyzes the par-ticularity of aviation engine manufacturing,and proposes that digital twin technology can effectively solve techni-cal problems in the current manufacturing process,improve efficiency and quality.The article analyzes the spe-cific applications of digital twin technology in engine design,testing,manufacturing,and maintenance,and con-structs a complete functional architecture,including modules such as data acquisition,storage,analysis,optimi-zation,and control.Overall,digital twin technology provides strong support for the full lifecycle management of aircraft engines and is an important way to achieve manufacturing process optimization.
