工程机械大惯性负载起制动平稳性的研究

为了解决工程机械在大惯性负载下的起制动问题,提出相应的改善方法,针对大惯性负载起制动时出现的冲击、振动和失速等问题,采用高性能节流阀和溢流阀的组合应用进行系统优化.通过节流阀精确控制流量,实现执行机构的平稳加速和减速.结果表明,经过优化后的液压系统在大惯性负载下表现出优异的起制动平稳性.挖掘机在制动过程中无明显冲击、振动和失速现象,系统温度和压力保持稳定,可解决工程机械大惯性负载起制动平稳性的问题.
Research on Stability of Starting and Braking of Construction Machinery with Large Inertia Load
In order to solve the problem of starting and braking of construction machinery under high inertia loads,corresponding improvement methods are proposed.In response to the problems of impact,vibration,and stall that occur during starting and braking under high inertia loads,a combination of high-performance throttle valves and relief valves is used for system optimization.By precisely controlling the flow through a throttle valve,the actuator can achieve smooth acceleration and deceleration.The results show that the optimized hy-draulic system exhibits excellent starting and braking stability under high inertia loads.During the braking process of the excavator,there is no obvious impact,vibration,or stall phenomenon,and the system tempera-ture and pressure remain stable,which can solve the problem of smooth starting and braking of construction ma-chinery under large inertia loads.
