摘要
基于智能辅助设计的智能化检修系统,并对其进行了详细的分析.通过对地铁车辆的实时监测,结合智能化检修系统,实现车辆及维修进度等信息资源的共享,确保地铁各个环节的高效运行,确保信息的顺畅传输.在智能化维修系统中实现了对维修数据的存储.在今后的工作中,可以对地铁运行中出现的问题进行分析,对维修体系进行持续的优化,从而提升员工的维修技术水平,使维修过程规范化,减少地铁车辆的维修费用.运用智能化维护技术,实现了对车辆的高效、科学的管理,保证地铁车辆在正常运行过程中的安全.
Abstract
The intelligent maintenance system based on intelligent aided design is analyzed in detail.Through the real-time monitoring of metro vehicles,combined with the intelligent maintenance system,the information resources such as vehicle and maintenance schedule can be shared to ensure the work efficiency and smooth infor-mation transmission of metro vehicles in all aspects.In the intelligent maintenance system,it can store the main-tenance data,and in the future work,it can analyze the problems of the subway,optimize the maintenance sys-tem continuously,and improve the maintenance skills of the staff,standardize the maintenance process and re-duce the maintenance cost of metro vehicles.Through intelligent maintenance,the high-efficient and scientific management mode of the vehicle is realized to ensure the safety of the metro vehicle in the normal operation process.
