Discussion on Reliability Results of The Three-coordinate Detection
As a advanced measurement equipment,the three-coordinate measuring machine has been widely used in my country's machinery manufacturing industry.Because of its high measurement accuracy and strong a-daptability to the product,the three-coordinate measuring machine is far ahead of other measurement equipment.This article analyzes the factors that may affect the measurement results of the three-coordinate measurement through the introduction of the three-coordinate measuring machine,including the number and location of the measurement point,the selection of the probe,the surface status of the product,and the method of fixture.The solution measures to increase the accuracy of the results of the third coordinate detection.
