铁路货车空重车调整装置设计分析与探讨

随着铁路货车重载运输的不断发展,货车自重系数逐渐下降,空车和重车的总重差别越来越大.目前中国铁路货车加装空重车调整装置后空车制动缸压力约为重车制动缸压力的 45%,将不能完全满足空、重车制动率的运用要求.通过对国内外主型空重车调整装置的调研与分析,设计一种新型空重车两级自动调整装置,该装置能与国内既有主型制动机匹配,与国内现有主型空重车调整装置相比,提高了整个制动系统的可靠性,以满足国内重载专列的运用需求.
Analysis and Discussion on Design of Empty and Load Car Adjustment Device for Railway Wagon
With the continuous development of heavy haul transportation of railway freight cars,the weight coefficient of freight cars is gradually decreasing,and the total weight difference between empty cars and heavy cars is increasing.At present,the pressure of the brake cylinder of the empty car is about 45%of the pressure of the brake cylinder of the heavy car after the automatic adjustment device of the empty and heavy car is installed on the railway freight car in China,which will not fully meet the application requirements of the braking rate of the empty and heavy car.Through the investigation and analysis of the main type of empty and heavy vehicle ad-justment device at home and abroad,a new type of two-stage automatic adjustment device for empty and heavy vehicles is designed.The device can be matched with the existing main brake in China.Compared with the exist-ing main type of empty and heavy vehicle adjustment device in China,the reliability of the whole braking system is improved to meet the application requirements of domestic heavy haul trains.
