摘要
集装箱式燃气发电机组以其布置灵活、施工周期短、占地面积小、全密闭安全运行、高度集成化等优势备受市场关注.分析燃气发电机组集装箱内部设备构成以及其控制需求,设计智能控制系统及程序控制,并验证其功能.结果表明:燃气发电机组集装箱智能控制系统能够满足集装箱对温湿度控制、燃气泄漏报警及安防联动、烟雾和火焰报警及安防联动、风冷散热控制等方面的需求.
Abstract
Container type gas generator units have attracted market attention due to their flexible layout,short con-struction period,small footprint,fully enclosed and safe operation,and highly integrated advantages.Analyze the inter-nal equipment composition and control requirements of the gas generator container,design an intelligent control system and program control,and verify its functionality.The results show that the intelligent control system for gas generator container can meet the requirements of temperature and humidity control,gas leakage alarm and security linkage,smoke and flame alarm and security linkage,and air cooling and heat dissipation control for containers.
