摘要
发动机的模块化设计是结合了精益思想的一种研发方式,通过刚好够用的精益设计满足用户需求,通过提升模块的重用性来减少或避免全新设计,减少不必要的设计浪费,以便达成高效交付客户满意产品的目的.模块化开发模式在玉柴已经运行了两年多.实践证明,玉柴作为独立的动力系统供应商,承接的开发需求是多样化,模块化开发很好地开展了配置开发管理,提升配置的重用性,以配置组合开发来满足多样需求,以达到保质保量快速响应目的.
Abstract
The modular development of engines,integrating lean philosophy,has been a strategic approach at Yuchai to fulfill customer needs efficiently.By emphasizing just-enough design and enhancing module reuse,the approach curtails unnecessary design excess,ensuring the swift delivery of satisfactory products.With over two years of implementation,Yuchai's modular development has significantly improved the reusability of configura-tions,enabling rapid,quality responses to diverse development demands.
