摘要

冷却系统在柴油机中扮演着至关重要的角色,对多项性能指标尤其是冷启动和小功率运行阶段的排放与经济性有显著影响.本文综述了当前世界范围内发动机热管理的现状,分析了高强化柴油机热管理的发展方向,提出了两条控制路径:一是优化发动机散热系统,提升冷却液运行温度,降低冷却系统附件功耗;二是优化发动机活塞冷却系统,提升活塞运行温度,减少活塞冷却系统的泵油能量损失.

Abstract

The cooling system plays a crucial role in diesel engines,significantly impacting various performance indi-cators,particularly emissions and fuel efficiency during cold starts and low-power operation.This paper reviews the cur-rent state of engine thermal management worldwide,analyzes the development direction of thermal management for high-enhanced diesel engines,and proposes two control paths:first,optimizing the engine cooling system to increase coolant operating temperature and reduce auxiliary power consumption;second,optimizing the piston cooling system to raise pis-ton operating temperature and decrease oil pump energy loss in the piston cooling system.
