摘要

阐述当前新能源汽车动力电池回收利用的必要性,解读当前国家出台有关环境保护和电池管理的政策规定.分析当前市场上保有量较大的磷酸铁锂电池、三元锂电池、镍氢电池的自身优缺点和对应的回收利用方法.从有关企业配合的积极性、退役动力电池回收技术角度和当前环境下动力电池回收管理整个环节分析当前动力电池回收行业现状和存在的问题,分别从体系建设、关键技术研发、绿色宣传等方面提出可行性建议.

Abstract

This paper expounds the necessity of recycling and utilization of power batteries for new energy ve-hicles,and interprets the current policies and regulations on environmental protection and battery management issued by the state.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of lithium iron phosphate batteries,ternary lithi-um batteries and nickel-metal hydride batteries in the current market,and the corresponding recycling methods.From the perspective of the enthusiasm of relevant enterprises to cooperate,the perspective of decommissioning power battery recycling technology and the entire link of power battery recycling management under the current environment,the current status and existing problems of the power battery recycling industry are analyzed,and feasible suggestions are put forward from the aspects of system construction,key technology research and devel-opment,and green publicity.
