摘要
在汽车智能化的进程中,发动机控制器软件的安全性和稳定性对整车性能至关重要.其中发动机控制器所具有的内核较小、专用性强、高实时性等特点,使得仿真测试环境成为发动机控制器的重要测试环境.本文分析了当前发动机控制器主要测试环境的现状及存在问题,并提出了一种全数字仿真虚拟ECU测试平台,以应对传统测试环境的不足.该平台支持早期软件测试,提高测试效率,降低成本,并允许在软件开发周期的早期阶段进行故障模拟和测试用例设计.通过集成高精度模型和自动化工具,平台优化了测试流程,加强了测试深度,提升了软件质量.
Abstract
Amidst the evolution of automotive intelligence,the integrity and stability of engine con-troller software are paramount to vehicle performance.The distinct attributes of engine con-trollers,including their limited kernel size and stringent real-time processing needs,under-score the importance of advanced simulation testing.This study presents a cutting-edge,full-digital simulation platform for virtual ECUs,designed to tran-scend the constraints of conven-tional testing methodologies.This platform enables early-stage software valida-tion,bolstering testing efficacy and cost-effectiveness while streamlining fault simulation and test case for-mula-tion.Enhanced by sophisticated model integration and automation,it refines the testing protocol and augments software quality.
