摘要
基于现代汽车服务业高质量发展的背景,分析现代汽车服务的特征和人才需求,对复合型人才的能力结构进行分析,培养具备"专业+信息+创新创业+"能力的复合型人才,才能更好的适应"两新四高"现代汽车服务业的要求,并以ASEP校企合作项目为例陈述践行校企合作,落实校企双元育人是复合型人才培养的重要渠道.
Abstract
Based on the background of the high-quality development of Hyundai Automobile Service Industry,this paper analyzes the characteristics and talent needs of Hyundai Automobile Service,analyzes the ability struc-ture of compound talents,and cultivates compound talents with the ability of"professional+","information+"and"innovation and entrepreneurship+"in order to better meet the requirements of"two new and four high"modern automobile service industry.Taking ASEP school-enterprise cooperation as an example,it is stat-ed that the practice of school-enterprise cooperation and the implementation of school-enterprise dual education are important channels for the cultivation of compound talents.
