混动系统台架背压敏感性分析及验证

针对混动台架背压测试的一致性问题,对影响系统台架背压的因素进行敏感性研究.通过分析多变量因素并进行交叉试验验证,通过对测试数据的分析发现,在台架上进行 1 个循环的发动机外特性测试后背压上升值≥10kPa,1 个GPF再生循环背压降低值≥6kPa,动力总成耐久台架对背压的影响高达近 10kPa,发动机选型方案的差异对背压影响约(5~10)kPa,标定数据影响达 4kPa,台架背压对以上因素具有高敏感性.研究结果表明,针对背压高敏感性因素制定测试边界条件对测试数据的准确性至关重要.
Analysis and Verification of Bench-Test Back Pressure Sensitivity for Hybird System
Aiming at the consistency of the back pressure of the hybrid bench,the sensitivity of the factors af-fecting the back pressure of the system was studied.The influence factors are analyzed and verified by cross test.The test data prove that the back pressure rise≥10kPa and the back pressure reduction value≥6kPa of one cy-cle of engine external characteristic test on the bench,the impact of powertrain durability bench on the back pressure is up to nearly 10kPa,the difference of engine selection scheme on the back pressure is about(5~10)kPa,and the impact of calibration data is up to 4kPa.Bench back pressure is highly sensitive to the above fac-tors.The verification results show that it is very important to establish a unified test boundary condition for high sensitivity factors of back pressure.
