弱刚性枞树形叶根大叶片在转子装配时,经常发生围带、凸台等位置装配间隙超差.由于末级叶片具有尺寸长、重量大、刚性弱等特点,加工过程中会产生较大变形,保证最终的装配质量是一项非常大的挑战.文章主要以东汽自主设计的某弱刚性枞树形叶根大叶片为改进研究对象,采用精益方法,探索出该类型叶片更为合理可靠的加工方法,以提升产品质量.
Stady on Quality Improvement of Large Blade with Weak Rigid Fir-tree Blade Roots of A Steam Turbine
When the weakly rigid fir-tree blade with large root is assembled in the rotor,the assembly gap of the girth and boss ofen occurs.Due to the long size,large weight and weak rigidity of the final stage blade,large deformation will occur during blade processing,and ensuring the final assembly quality is a very big challenge.This paper mainly takes a weakly rigid fir-tree blade designed by Dongfang turbine as the research object,and adopts lean melthod to explore a more reasonable and reliable processing method for the type of blade,so as to improve product quality.
