翅片式LED车灯散热器的散热设计研究

摘要
由于LED技术在车灯应用上的不断成熟,而LED汽车前照灯的散热问题一直是车灯设计中的难点,因此需要对大功率LED车灯散热困难的问题进行研究.通过数值分析的方法,对翅片式 LED车灯模组的相关结构参数进行分析、优化与研究,探索不同结构参数对散热器散热性能的影响,从而得到相关的规律性,进一步的提高LED车灯的散热性能.研究结果表明,通过优化翅片高度与基板厚度,能有效提高散热器的散热性能,还可为后续车灯的散热设计提供理论指导.
Abstract
Due to the continuous maturity of LED technology in the application of headlights,The heat dissipation problem of LED car headlights has always been the difficulty in the design of headlights,Therefore,it is necessary to study the problem of heat dissipation of high-power LED lights.Through the method of numerical analysis,The structure parameters of finned LED lamp module are analyzed,optimized and studied,To explore the influence of different structur-al parameters on the heat dissipation performance of the heat sink,Thus the relevant regularity is obtained,Further im-prove the heat dissipation performance of LED lights.The results show that the heat dissipation performance of the heat sink can be effectively improved by optimizing fin height and substrate thickness.The research results can provide theoret-ical guidance for the heat dissipation design of the following headlights.
