摘要
本文主要介绍三坐标测量轴类零件的检测方法及应用,首先介绍三坐标测量机工作原理及结构组成,然后借助典型轴类零件的检测任务,分别从测头校准、粗建、精建坐标系、测量结果等方面对三坐标测量机的应用做了详细介绍,最后对测量可能出现的误差进行分析并对后续检测工作提出合理化建议,以提高三坐标测量机的检测精度.
Abstract
This article mainly introduces the detection methods and applications of coordinate measuring axis parts.Firstly,the working principle and structural composition of coordinate measuring machines are introduced.Then,with the help of the detection tasks of typical axis parts,the application of coordinate measuring machines is detailed from the aspects of probe calibration,rough construction,precision construction of coordinate systems,measurement results,etc,Finally,analyze the possible errors in this measurement and provide reasonable suggestions for subsequent testing work to improve the detection accuracy of the coordinate measuring machine.
