三维激光扫描仪系统误差标定方法研究

三维激光扫描测量系统是一个集光、机、电、算、控为一体的综合性测量系统,能够实现大范围、高精度和高速度测量,在船舶无余量分段建造中起着越来越重要作用.本文在全面研究全站式扫描仪的测量原理和系统误差来源的基础上,借鉴全站仪系统误差补偿模型,提出系统误差自检校标定方法.自检校标定方法运用泰勒公式,解算待定参数,提高测量精度.
A Study of System Deviation Demarcation by Using Laser 3D Scanner
3 D laser scanning measurement system is a comprehensive measurement system integrating optical,mechanical,electrical,computational and control,which can realize a large range,high precision and high speed measurement,and plays an increasingly important role in the construction of ships with no spare sections.Based on the study of measure principium of 3 D laser scanner and the source of system deviation,referred to the sys-tem deviation compensate model of Total Station,this paper introduce a model of self-Calibrating.This model calculates the unknown parameter based on Taylor formula,and increases the precision of measurement.
