摘要
一种基于 RFID 的智能分拣装置,包括承载机构、导向机构、分拣机构、牵引机构等.文中,通过气流组件对物料的作用,其不但可以对物料中所附着的杂尘进行清洁,还可以利用吸附力确保物料在下滑过程中可以更加稳定的滑动,进而达到了防倾覆的目的,同时还能借助电磁铁对磁块和磁板的作用,实现挤压物料分拣下料,并且物料快速下料过程中不会发生碰撞从而造成损坏,提高分拣的安全性和精准性.
Abstract
The invention relates to an intelligent sorting device based on RFID,which comprises a carrying mechanism,a guiding mechanism,a sorting mechanism,a traction mechanism,etc..In this paper,through the effect of the air flow component on the material,it can not only clean the dirt attached to the material,but also can make use of the adsorption force to ensure that the material can slide more stably in the sliding process,at the same time,the function of the electromagnet on the magnetic block and the magnetic plate can be used to re-alize the sorting and discharging of the extruded material,and the material can not collide with each other during the rapid discharging process,thus causing damage,improve the security and accuracy of sorting.
