Exploration of Power Robot Technology in Internal Structure Inspection and Maintenance of Steam Turbines
This article delves into the application of electric robot technology in the field of internal structure inspection and maintenance of steam turbines,and analyzes in detail the challenges currently faced in this field.The importance of the internal structure of the steam turbine was explained,and the current status of inspection and maintenance was evaluated.This article summarizes the design principles,structural characteristics,and ap-plication prospects of electric robots in inspection and maintenance.On this basis,a scheme for internal structure inspection and maintenance of steam turbines based on electric robots is proposed,including reasonable planning of inspection tasks,selection of sensor equipment,and design of motion control systems.The purpose of this study is to provide novel and efficient technical means and solutions for the inspection and maintenance of the in-ternal structure of steam turbines,in order to meet the increasingly complex inspection needs.
