Application of Fault Tree Analysis Method in Fault Diagnosis of Engineering Machinery Engines
This article establishes a fault tree for the malfunctioning of engineering machinery engines and conducts a systematic analysis of engine failures.Taking engine failure as the top event,the various factors that cause this event to occur are analyzed step by step,including fuel system failures,ignition system failures,intake system failures,and cooling system failures.Each factor is subdivided into more specific problems and a fault tree is established,Clearly display the logical relationship between faults at all levels and quickly locate the cause of the fault.The results indicate that the fault tree analysis method can effectively improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,shorten maintenance time,and reduce maintenance costs.
