摘要
启动系统是汽车电气系统的重要组成部分,它在点火开关接通的瞬间将电池的电能转化为起动机的机械能,从而带动发动机转动.如果发动机喷油和点火系统正常,则汽车就可以顺利起动.本文通过对大众汽车启动系统故障诊断与检修来分析汽车起动电路工作原理及检修步骤,同时阐明故障码产生的原理及机制,最后结合实例对引起故障的原因进行分析并给出诊断思路.
Abstract
Starting system is an important part of automobile electrical system.When the ignition switch is switched on,the electrical energy of the battery is transformed into the mechanical energy of the starter,which drives the engine to rotate.If the engine fuel injection and ignition system is normal,the car can start smoothly.This paper analyzes the working principle and maintenance steps of automobile starting circuit through the fault diagnosis and maintenance of Volkswagen's starting system,and expounds the principle and mechanism of the fault code.Finally,the causes of the fault are analyzed and the diagnostic ideas are given with examples.
