摘要
一辆 2020 款迈腾B8L轿车,按启动按钮,仪表正常点亮;踩刹车同时按启动按钮,启动机有吸合声音但无法转动,无着车迹象.针对该故障现象,根据故障产生机理,依次对该车发动机启动系统的相关部件及其电路等进行了检测诊断.最终排查出的故障原因是,发动机控制单元J623 的P/N挡信号线与启动反馈信号线短路,对其进行修复后,发动机可正常启动,车辆故障排除.
Abstract
A 2020 Magotan B8L Automotive,press the start button,and the instrument panel lights up normally;Press the start button while pressing the brake,and the starter will make a suction sound but will not turn,with no signs of landing.In response to this fault phenomenon,based on the mechanism of the fault,relevant components and circuits of the engine starting system of the vehicle were tested and diagnosed in sequence.The final cause of the fault was found to be a short circuit between the P/N signal line and the start feedback signal line of the engine control unit J623.After repairing it,the engine was able to start normally and the vehicle fault was resolved.
