摘要

广州地铁既有线网工程车多为内燃类,柴油机状态直接影响车辆运用质量.项目设计制作了基于单片机的检测装置,测量柴油机起动瞬间的电压波形,分析得到柴油机马达盘车转速、起动蓄电池内阻、起动阻力矩等技术参数,进而对柴油机状态进行评估,实现对柴油机部分故障的预判功能,提高内燃工程车的运用可靠性.

Abstract

Most of the existing line network engineering cars in Guangzhou Metro are of internal combustion type,and the status of diesel engine directly affects the service quality of vehicles.The project designed and pro-duced a detection device based on single chip microcomputer to measure the voltage waveform of the diesel engine at the moment of starting,and analyzed the technical parameters such as the diesel motor turning speed,the in-ternal resistance of the starting battery,and the starting resistance moment,so as to evaluate the status of the diesel engine,realize the predictive function of partial faults of the diesel engine,and improve the operation relia-bility of the internal combustion engineering vehicle.
