Intelligent Control of Cooling Systems for Engineering Machinery Engines and Hydraulic Systems
In order to achieve efficient and stable cooling effects,an intelligent control system was designed.At the hardware design level,an 89 C51 microcontroller was used as the core control unit,and multiple sensors and actuators were configured.In terms of software design,a control program was developed based on the PID control algorithm,which can quickly calculate the control amount based on real-time temperature data collection,And precisely control the cooling system through actuators.The results indicate that the system improves the service life of existing construction machinery within the normal operating temperature range.Through the de-sign and application of intelligent control systems,optimization control of the cooling process of engineering ma-chinery engines and hydraulic systems has been achieved.
