Research on Application of Mechanical Automation Technology in Automotive Manufacturing
As the core of modern manufacturing,mechanical automation technology is particularly prominent in the field of automotive manufacturing.With the intensification of global market competition and diversification of consumer demand,automobile manufacturers are constantly facing challenges in improving production efficien-cy,reducing costs,and enhancing product innovation capabilities.These challenges are driving the exploration of advanced manufacturing technologies,among which mechanical automation technology has become the key to im-proving industry competitiveness by enhancing production speed,reducing operating costs,and ensuring product quality.Automation technology can not only achieve precise assembly of components and efficient management of production processes,but also adapt to rapidly changing market demands by introducing intelligent robots and flexible production lines.This study analyzes the contribution of automation technology in enhancing the flexibil-ity and adaptability of production lines,improving production efficiency and speed,and reducing production costs,revealing its application value and strategies in automotive manufacturing.The research results provide a theoretical basis for innovation and technological upgrading in the automotive manufacturing industry.
