氨是一种潜在的CO2 零排放能源替代品,因此对其燃烧特性进行深入研究对于优化燃烧过程和减少环境污染具有重要意义。本研究使用Chem kin软件进行模拟,探讨了N H3/CH4 混合气体的燃烧特性,通过比较不同混合比例的NH3/CH4 燃烧过程中的热值、火焰传播速度和氮氧化物的排放含量等特性。模拟结果表明,在不同的混合比例下,N H3/CH4 的燃烧速率在化学计量下燃烧速度最快,但同时会产生更多的氮氧化物。在实际应用中,应该综合考虑多种因素以达到最高的燃烧效率和最低的环境污染。
Analysis of NH3/CH4 Combustion Characteristics
Ammonia is a potential CO2 zero emission energy substitute,therefore in-depth research on its combustioncharacteristics is of great significance for optimizing the combustion process and reducing environ-mental pollution.This study used Chemkin software to simulate and explore the combustion characteristics of NH3/CH4 gas mixtures.By comparing the heating value,flame propagation speed,and nitrogen oxide emission content during the combustion process of NH3/CH4 with different mixing ratios.The simulation results show that under different mixing ratios,the combustion rate of NH3/CH4 is the fastest under stoichiometry,but it al-so produces more nitrogen oxides.In practical applications,multiple factors should be comprehensively consid-ered to achieve the highest combustion efficiency and the lowest environmental pollution.
