Study on Application of Filter Methods In Measurement of Engine Exhaust Gas Opacity
This paper introduces the application of three filter methods,namely 2nd order Bessel filter,float-ing mean value filter and 1st order low pass filter,in the measurement of engine exhaust gas opacity.The meas-ured data of exhaust gas opacity of a certain engine model are processed by these three filter methods,and their curve characteristics under different filter parameters are compared and analyzed.The effects of these filter meth-ods on the improvement of engine exhaust smoke performance are described.
