摘要

滚动轴承是旋转机械的关键部分,其RUL预测对生产安全与效率至关重要.鉴于运行环境的复杂性和基准数据的缺乏,精确预测滚动轴承的剩余寿命成为一项重要挑战,需通过深入研究其性能退化规律来实现.而变化运行条件下的基准较多,因此预测轨道车辆轴承的剩余寿命非常困难.文章首先阐述了进行滚动轴承 RUL预测的意义;接着对滚动轴承RUL预测方法研究现状进行了分析;最后,总结了对滚动轴承剩余使用寿命的预测内容.

Abstract

Predicting the remaining life(RUL)of rolling stock bearings,a critical component of rotating ma-chinery,is very important for production maintenance and human safety.Due to the complex and changeable op-erating environment of rolling bearings,few benchmarks are performed under the same operating conditions,and many benchmarks are performed under varying operating conditions,which increases the difficulty of RUL pre-diction for rolling bearings.The article firstly explains the significance of rolling bearing RUL prediction;then analyzes the current research status of rolling bearing RUL prediction method;finally,This summarises the con-tent of the projections for the remaining life of rolling stock.
