消音器是最常用的消音元件之一,在消音元件的设计中,经常会碰到由于边界紧张,会将消音器的腔体中加入消音棉,组成复合式消音器,但加入消音棉的数量,是否对传递损失有影响;不同形式的消音棉加入消音器中,对传递损失的影响是否一致;加入消音棉对孔不同形状的消音器影响是否一致,本文通过仿真计算、试验验证、数据整理对比的方法,对以上问题做相应的分析,得出复合式消音器的基本规律,为今后的设计工作提供依据.
Effect of Silencer Cotton on Transmission Loss in Composite Silencers
Silencer is one of the most commonly used silencing components.In the design of silencing compo-nents,it is often encountered that due to tight boundaries,silencer cotton will be added to the chamber of the si-lencer to form a composite silencer.However,whether the amount of silencer cotton added has an impact on transmission loss;Is the effect of different forms of sound-absorbing cotton added to the muffler consistent on transmission loss;Is the effect of adding sound-absorbing cotton on silencers with different shapes of holes con-sistent?This article analyzes the above issues through simulation calculation,experimental verification,and data comparison,and obtains the basic rules of composite silencers,providing a basis for future design work.
