Vehicle Model Sealant Adhesive Pins Winter Fracture Study
This article conducts research and analysis on the winter fracture issue of sealing strip adhesive nails in a certain car model.The investigation involves visual inspection of defective parts,analysis of dimension-al accuracy,installation methods,and precision of sheet metal holes to verify the causes of fractures.A compre-hensive and systematic examination is carried out to establish the correlation between adhesive nail fractures and moisture content.The study analyzes various factors affecting the moisture content of adhesive nails,including the injection molding and drying process,water boiling process,and storage environment.Based on the practical results of adhesive nail fractures,the article proposes improvement suggestions such as adding toughening a-gents,increasing water boiling time,and adopting sealed packaging.These suggestions aim to further reduce the probability of adhesive nail fractures,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of sealing strip installation and reduc-ing complaints and doubts about the quality of adhesive nails from install.
