动车组驾驶室后端弯梁弯曲成型工艺研究

对动车组驾驶室后端弯梁的成型工艺进行了研究,其弯曲成型难点在于中空型材截面尺寸大、整体外形尺寸大、轮廓复杂、半径曲率大、成型精度要求高,针对成型难点分析了后端弯梁的成型步骤、成型截面畸变趋势、成型后的回弹量,确定了先对后端弯梁顶部进行拉弯成型后对两侧立柱压弯成型的工艺方案,研制了工艺装备(一套拉弯成型模具、一套压弯成型模具、一套轮廓度检验样板),确定了设备的工艺参数(拉弯机牵引力、压力机压力),保证了后端弯梁弯曲成型后满足技术要求,为此类铝型材弯曲成型提供了工艺参照.
Research on Bending Forming Process of Rear End Bent Beam of High Speed Train Driver's Cabin
A study was conducted on the forming process of the main bending beam of the high-speed train driver's cab.The difficulties in bending and forming lie in the large cross-sectional size of the hollow profile,the large overall external size,the complex contour,the large radius curvature,and the high requirements for form-ing accuracy.In response to the forming difficulties,the forming steps of the main bending beam,the distortion trend of the forming section,and the rebound amount after forming were analyzed.A process plan was deter-mined to first perform tensile bending on the top of the main bending beam and then press bending on both sides of the columns.Process equipment(one set of tensile bending forming mold,one set of bending forming mold,and one set of contour inspection template)was developed,and the process parameters of the equipment(trac-tion force of the tensile bending machine and pressure of the press)were determined to ensure that the main ben-ding beam meets the technical requirements after bending and forming.The requirement provides a process refer-ence for the bending and forming of such aluminum profiles.
