地铁车辆车下设备安装座防脱结构设计

近年来我国城市轨道交通建设快速推进,地铁车辆已经成为城市人口最为常用的出行方式,地铁车辆的运行安全性与舒适性也越来越受到人们的关注.城轨车辆车下设备主要有牵引系统设备、制动系统设备以及信号设备等.这些设备对于车辆的运行起着至关重要的作用,因此其安装结构也是城轨车辆需要重点考虑的技术指标.本文基于车下设备安装的安全性能考虑,对城轨车辆的车下设备安装结构进行了探索,车下牵引设备一般重量较大,其安装的可靠性直接影响行车安装,至关重要.常规地铁项目又未对设备安装座进行防脱设计.通过观察发现设备安装座中部区域空间较充裕,故在此区域内对其进行设计,从而实现防脱功能,对于城轨车辆车下设备安装防脱性能提升具有指导意义.
Design of Anti-slip Structure of Equipment Mounting Seat for Subway Vehicles
In recent years,with the rapid development of urban rail transit in our country,metro vehicles have become the most common travel mode for urban population,the running safety and comfort of subway vehi-cles have been paid more and more attention.The equipment under the rail vehicle mainly includes traction sys-tem equipment,braking system equipment and signal equipment.These devices play a crucial role in the opera-tion of the vehicle,so its installation structure is also a technical indicator that urban rail vehicles need to focus on.Based on the consideration of the safety performance of the installation of off-vehicle equipment,this paper explores the installation structure of the off-vehicle equipment of urban rail vehicles.The weight of the off-vehi-cle traction equipment is generally large,and its installation reliability directly affects the on-vehicle installation,which is very important.The conventional subway project has not carried out the anti-slip design of the equip-ment mounting seat.After observation,it is found that the space in the middle area of the equipment mounting seat is abundant,so it is designed in this area to achieve the anti-trip function,which has guiding significance for the improvement of the anti-trip performance of the equipment installation under the urban rail vehicle.
