Chassis abnormal sound is a fault phenomenon that often appears in the process of driving,and its causes are also very complex.This paper analyzes the causes of abnormal sound from the aspects of parts wear,poor lubrication between the moving surfaces,improper selection of accessory or assembly error,and preliminari-ly explores how to quickly determine the different sound position,so as to complete the fault diagnosis and elimi-nation,which has certain reference significance for automobile maintenance practitioners.
